Let’s shift from winter to spring together!
March is a time full of change. From daylight savings time to seasonal shifts and dramatic weather patterns, those types of environmental adjustments, can make it really difficult for our bodies to acclimate. The changes that occur during this time, can often affect our circadian rhythm. We as humans, are generally used to a certain daily cycle, that regulates our sleeping patterns, appetites and even our mood. Much of these aspects are dependent on light exposure and when there is less exposure to light, and more exposure to the dark, especially in the morning hours, it can really throw our bodies and routines right off track. You can think of all these elements as part of your internal clock. Your internal clock gets used to certain actions and practices, during the day & night.
